About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our sales team. The BDE will play a critical role in identifying and qualifying potential customers, generating leads, Bidding, and initiating sales activities. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The BDE will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Essential Duties & Responsibility

  • Responsible for generating new business from online bidding portals like upwork, freelance, guru, pph and managing other sources, client requirements, client relationship channels.
  • Create pipeline of projects in Web Design and Development, Digital Marketing and App Development
  • Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, requirement gathering, communication link between the development team & clients and Interact with clients for their technical requirements.
  • Writing Proposal / Costing/ Negotiations/ prepare project schedules, review and check procedures and documentation, prepare the release package.
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis.
  • Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their business goals.
  • Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies.
  • Excellent communication in English, having experience to deal with foreign clients.

Required Skill Set & Experience

  • Bid on portals like Upwork, Guru, Freelancer
  • Functional Area : -IT Software – Application Programming, Maintenance,
  • M.B.A, B.B.A, B.Tech, B.E, or MCA in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge in area of technical specialty , software development lifecycle & Agile development practices
  • Flexible Timing to cater Global clients
  • Candidate should be proactive and having excellent convincing skills.
